We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Facilities Management team. You’ll lead planned and reactive construction and maintenance projects across our estate, taking them from feasibility to successful handover while ensuring safety, compliance, and value for money.
What You’ll Do:

- Support our asbestos management programme – arrange surveys, carry out annual condition checks, action findings, and maintain the Asbestos Register.
- Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015, health & safety legislation, and all statutory requirements.
- Produce and maintain key project documents (programmes, risk registers, product registers), track budgets (typical projects up to £250k), and provide accurate forecasts.
- Work closely with facility managers and stakeholders to support smart decisions and continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications: In addition to the above, qualifications in asbestos monitoring (including P405 certification), Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner, and PASMA certification would be advantageous.
