We are seeking a manager to lead the team at the Jack Kane Centre.  

We are entering a period of change with potential 3G pitch developments and a new grass pitch maintenance delivery scheme, the postholder will have a central role to play in these initiatives. Whilst Meadowbank is closed the centre is playing a key role for many relocated clubs  The centre has an important community presence which results in the manager being an ambassador for Edinburgh Leisure within the local area.

You will lead your team by setting a positive example and drive for continual service improvement, including maximising use of all facilities and outdoor space whilst balancing this with social and business needs. You will analyse and review all performance information to achieve key performance objectives, improve customer experience, increase visits, build on the annual income and improve the subsidy. You will create and oversee delivery of the venues work plan along with Edinburgh Leisure’s purpose and vision to ensure long-term success.
