We are seeking unqualified individuals with an interest in becoming a qualified Gymnastics Coach to join our Gymnastics Coach Trainee Programme. So, if you’re thinking about Gymnastics Coaching as a career, we’re here to help you somersault into it and make it a reality.

We pay you a salary while providing training and support needed to become a qualified Gymnastics Coach and then you will work in our coaching programme as an Assistant Sports Coach.  This is a 16 hours per week permanent part-time contract.  £12 per hour rising to £12.25 per hour on achieving qualification approximately 10 weeks later.  Potential for 35.75 full-time hours after qualification and completion of Probation.   Please note we have various positions, and you will be based at 1 or 2 venues, however all positions include some weekday afternoons and evenings and at least one day of weekend work.  You must be 16 years old by the start of the course on 30th of November as per British Gymnastics requirements.

  •  Opportunities for further training, career growth and development
  •  Generous holiday allowance
  •  Cycle-to-work scheme
