Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a friendly, positive, and vibrant multitaskers to join our Sports Attendant teams.

 

You will be responsible for:

  •  Delivering great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring that every visit is recorded appropriately, and customers’ needs are met. 
  •  Preparing our venues by setting up and taking down equipment, providing customers with a clean, safe, welcoming environment that is ready to use.  
  •  Keeping everything clean, tidy, and presentable, including litter picking, cleaning toilets, changing rooms and windows. 
  •  Working closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed in an efficient and effective way in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

No previous experience is required as full training is provided, but ideal candidates will be:

  • Great listeners with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a varied customer base.
  •  Customer-focused, enthusiastic individuals with strong organizational skills.
  • Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solvers, able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.

Opportunities available:

  • Gracemount High School - part-time permanent - 13.25 hours per week (Week 1 - Wednesday and Thursday, Week 2 -  Wednesday to Sunday)
  • Leigh Academy High School - part-time permanent - 16.5 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Liberton High School - part-time permanent - 9.5 hours per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Trinity Academy - part-time permanent - 10 hours per week (Week 1 - Monday and Tuesday, Week 2 -  Wednesday and Saturday, Week 3 - Thursday and Friday)
  • Outdoor Pitches - pat-time temporary - 12 hours per week (mostly weekends)
