Do you love gymnastics so much that you’d want to make a career out of it?  We’ll help you somersault into your new career by giving you all the training and support you need to become a fully qualified Level 2 Women’s Artistic Coach.  We’ll pay you to do it in this salaried post and we’ll even pay your training costs!  Please see the attached document Further info for Candidates.pdf as there is a timetable including some compulsory dates you must be able to attend.

 

 

We are looking for approachable, positive, and patient individuals that have:  

  • UKCC General/Women’s Artistic Level 1 award.
  • Coaching experience as a Level 1 Gymnastics Coach.
  • Great listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people to motivate, engage and provide constructive feedback.
  • Warm and welcoming personality topped with passion, and commitment. 
  • Passion for gymnastics.
  • Eagerness to encourage young people to be active and to teach them new skills. 

 

As you are already experienced in Gymnastics you will have experience of:

  • Delivering fun, engaging, and inspiring lessons with a passion to help kids succeed.
  • Encouraging participants to learn and reach their full potential for their individual needs and abilities in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
  • Communicating effectively with both children and their parents/guardians.
  • Assisting with the creation of gymnastics lesson plans.
  • Assisting and providing support to other coaches.
  • Implementing best practice training protocols in line with standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
