Health and Physical Activity Volunteer
Do you want to make a positive difference to people lives?
Volunteering with our Health and Physical Activity team will allow you to do just that….
Edinburgh Leisure’s health and physical activity team use the power of physical activity to help those in need improve their health and wellbeing and we couldn’t do this without the support of volunteers.
There are a variety of ways to get involved as a volunteer; from assisting with the administration side of projects to supporting hands on in the delivery of our physical activity sessions.
It’s our ambition that everyone who volunteers with us feels welcomed, valued, understood and proud to be part of Edinburgh Leisure. Whether its hours, days or months the time you give really does matter.
We currently have the following volunteering opportunities available within our Health & Physical Activity team:
Ageing Well:

‘’ The responsibilities are so minimal but the impact is immense for the participants. It feels great to give back to my community and city’’
* Edinburgh Leisure adopts the following definition of a ‘volunteer’: ‘’ A person who does voluntary work on our behalf. It is undertaken by choice and is unpaid.’’
