Salary - £25,470 per annum (pro-rata for part-time, £13.70 per hour)

Hours - Part-time, 16 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)

Contract - Permanent

Location - Edinburgh International Climbing Arena: Ratho

What You’ll Do:

Meeting and greeting customers, pointing them in the right direction, creating a welcoming and fun environment, and helping them get the best experience in every visit.
Responding to customers’ questions and enquiries in person, over the telephone, and by email in a friendly and efficient manner. Preparing and setting up our venues and equipment for events and customer use.
Keeping everything clean, tidy, safe, and presentable.

What You’ll Bring:

A vibrant, customer-focused personality with strong communication and listening skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with experience in customer-facing roles. Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and respond quickly to customer needs.
Ability to connect with diverse people and work independently or in a team. Ability to learn and follow all safety standards and procedures.
Basic understanding of technology and experience with point-of-sale systems.
