Salary – £47,337 per annum

Hours – Full-time, 35.75 hours a week

Contract – Permanent

Location – 3a Carron Pl, Leith, Edinburgh

Are you a skilled project manager ready to take on your next challenge?

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of shaping and delivering our capital maintenance and lifecycle programmes across the estate.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the planning and delivery of annual and long-term Capital Maintenance, Lifecycle and property projects, aligned to asset strategy and organisational priorities.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent projects, managing performance, risks and outcomes.
Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating contractors and consultants to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
Ensure full compliance with CDM Regulations, Health & Safety and statutory requirements, including Asbestos management.
Manage procurement and tender processes, including developing specifications, securing approvals and appointing contractors.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear reporting, updates and presentations to senior management and funding partners.

What You’ll Bring:

A degree in Project Management or a related field.
PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
Significant experience delivering projects within construction or facilities management environments.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage contractors and consultants across complex operations.
Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budget management and reporting.
Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and explain technical information to a range of audiences.
