L & D Specialist – is this you?

Our Head of Learning & Development is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist. And as you will see, this is very much a job of opposites. First off, she needs someone who can dream up creative training solutions, but also deliver a programme of open courses. Able to lead and contribute to the timely delivery of L & D projects but be flexible should priorities change at short notice. Someone who is comfortable consulting with managers, yet can focus on supporting the learning ambitions of individuals. A big picture thinker who is also adept at detail work. The successful candidate should enjoy both team working and delivering solo projects in equal measure. And be a collaborative worker who at the same time likes to challenge the status quo.

If you have a CIPD certificate in Learning & Development (or are working to achieve this) and are keen to develop your career in this field, this is a great opportunity. In return for this diverse range of talents, we’re offering one of the best rewards packages in the industry, with generous holiday allowance, excellent pension and free membership across all of our centres. So if this looks like you, we won’t be averse to your application. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Closing date: Sunday 19th January 2020
Assessment date: Tuesday 4th February 2020
