 We are seeking a manager to lead the team at Portobello Swim Centre, one of our Victorian swim centres with 2 swimming pools, a large swim lesson programme, a Turkish Bath, a gym and 2 fitness studios that attracts approximately 245,000 visits per annum and £1m in income.

You will lead your team by setting a positive example and drive for continual service improvement. You will analyse and review all performance information to achieve key performance objectives, improve customer experience, increase visits, build on the annual income and reduce the subsidy.

You will develop programmes and activities and deliver Edinburgh Leisure’s purpose and vision to ensure the long-term success of the venue. 

Portobello Swim Centre will undergo a full refurbishment in 2020 and you will play a key role in planning for this and ensuring the project is successful.
