We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to continue the development of our Customer Accounts & Enquiries Team and support the teams to create fantastic experiences for our customers. As Customer Accounts & Enquiries Supervisor, you’ll need to be a good leader, be professional in your outlook, set very high standards and have a knack for staff supervision.  

You'll need an inquisitive, analytical and organised mind, be able to plan, prioritise and manage your time effectively and have a talent for working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced working environment. You will need good communication, listening & coaching skills, have excellent decision-making skills & problem-solving abilities and have an outgoing and energetic attitude.

You’ll work with the Customer Development Manager to constantly review and improve the processes and procedures to ensure the teams are at their most effective and have the support and best systems to provide excellent customer service.

You’ll need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MRM and be good at learning new systems.

This post will involve shift work and weekend working.
