That’s because you are a purchasing subject matter expert of the first order. Someone who can provide all the specialist procurement knowledge, guidance and advice we need to all levels of our management team. Naturally, you have all the necessary qualifications - a relevant degree and Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply membership to at least CIPS diploma Level 4. 

It’s essential that you have significant experience in public sector procurement and the management of tender processes. Coupled with the high levels of professionalism and leadership skills necessary to set and continually develop the best practice policies and procedures which underscore your winning procurement strategy. Not to mention the excellent interpersonal skills needed to develop effective relationships with venue staff, managers, directors and suppliers as you expertly lead them along the end to end tender process. All the while ensuring we get the best value from the best suppliers and achieve full compliance throughout the process. But it’s not all a one way street.
