Head of Operations (Development)


Edinburgh Leisure are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Operations (Development). A very influential individual; outgoing, enthusiastic and capable of operating effortlessly at the highest level. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your key focus will be operational leadership of a diverse team of specialists in a number of different business areas – new product development, sports development and customer services, to name but three. Consequently, you must have the uncanny ability to view everything through a business development lens: always seeking the business case that will make a difference to both organisation and customer.

You will deliver solid results in all business areas, as well as, maintain and develop a high quality customer experience. As well as owning the kind of attention to detail that enables you to effectively oversee everything, from what we sell in our cafes all the way up to designing our city wide fitness programmes. Add to that strong partnership working skills and a successful project management track record, both easily demonstrated by your significant experience in a sport & leisure or customer service arena.
