Our purpose built gymnastics and soft play centre, Tumbles, is right by the seaside, there’s nothing else like it in Edinburgh.  A state of the art gymnastics facility, complete with soft play area and a great café, it’s  a busy and lively environment to work in. 

We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor ideally with experience in  a soft play  or childcare environment .  Someone who knows how to build bridges, not walls. The kind of person who has a genuine love for people and instinctively knows how to bring the best out in them. That means being friendly, confident and sensitive enough to be able to handle thorns as well as roses. Whether that’s the people in the team that you’ll be leading, or the customers you’ll be interacting with every day. On top of superb people skills, you’ll also need to have previous experience of leading a team and a good head for administration within a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.  Put these things together with a flexible approach and you could be just what we are looking for.  In return, we offer one of the best rewards packages in the industry, with generous holiday allowance, pension and free membership across all our centres.
