The Royal Commonwealth Pool is Edinburgh Leisure’s flagship venue with lots of hungry customers. With over 750,000 customer visits a year, that’s heck of lot of mouths to feed.  So we urgently need a Cook Supervisor to prepare simple healthy meals, as well as catering for large scale sporting events and birthday parties.   Naturally, you will hold a REHIS intermediate food hygiene certificate and should have or be working towards SVQ 2 Food Prep and Cooking and or City and Guilds 706/1/ or 706/2 or equivalent.  In addition you should be able to demonstrate suitable relevant experience and line management .   In return, we’re offering one of the most competitive rewards packages in the business, with generous pension and holidays and free membership to all of our centres.
