Whether that’s the people in the team that you’ll be leading, or the customers you’ll be interacting with all and every day.

You'll need an inquisitive, analytical and organised mind, be able to plan, prioritise and manage your time effectively and have a talent for working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced working environment. You will need good communication, listening & coaching skills, have excellent decision-making skills & problem-solving abilities and have an outgoing and energetic attitude.

You’ll need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be good at learning new systems.

But what’s vital is your real desire and willingness to develop yourself and others and a friendly, flexible attitude. This post will involve weekend working and one Tuesday in every 4 for attendance at team meetings.
