Our Active Communities team use the power of physical activity and sport to help those in need improve their health and wellbeing.  

We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about making a positive difference and who wants to help people to access the physical activity programme which best meets their needs.  You will do this through motivational conversations with participants and by maintaining a wide knowledge and understanding of our projects and services.  

In addition you are required to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and will be required to process referrals effectively, respond to day to day enquiries and contact participants to support them to be active.
