We are seeking an IT Technical Services Manager to join our team at our Head Office at Vantage Point. 

You will be responsible for the Technical services provision for Edinburgh Leisure. Managing a team of 3 engineers to ensure that service level agreements are met and ensuring the delivery of great customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage the day to day IT helpdesk to ensure service standards are met including ensuring technical issues reported are allocated and resolved within set timescales. Leading and developing a team of engineers to ensure all jobs are done effectively.

You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of hardware and infrastructure project and managing the ongoing relationship with our infrastructure providers to ensure business requirements are met.
