We need someone to support the delivery of our Active Communities projects and ensure people access the right service to meet their needs but more importantly we are looking for someone who wants to play a part in helping people live more active and healthy lives.

You will do this by maintaining a wide knowledge and understanding of our projects and services and having motivational conversations with our participants - it’s a job where every day is different and where you can make a difference every day.

In addition, you will be required to process referrals effectively, manage project data and respond to day to day enquiries from participants, partners and colleagues delivering a person-centred service at all times. To succeed you will need to be a team player, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products but more importantly you should be someone who likes a challenge and is able to motivate others.
