Our Active Communities team use the power of physical activity and sport to help those in need improve their health and wellbeing.  We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us get more people active to improve their health and wellbeing.

We are looking for someone with exceptional motivational skills and a passion for physical activity to lead the delivery of our health & physical activity classes for people with long-term health conditions or those at risk of falling.  This role will involve developing and delivering physical activity sessions which build strength, fitness and confidence in our participants, allowing them to live more active and independent lives.  

You are required to have a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification but a Level 4 Qualification in Postural Stability (PSI) or Cardiovascular Preventions and Rehabilitation (BACPR) is advantageous.
