Learning to swim at an early age really can be a life saver. And children who don’t learn to swim turn into adults who can’t swim either. So a Swim Co-ordinator is an incredibly worthwhile job.

You will manage a team of Swim Teachers as well as overseeing our excellent ‘Learn to Swim’ programme. You’ll be an important member of the site management team, helping to deliver our vision and values in all that you do. The rest of your time will be spent teaching swimming - after all, that’s what you love doing. You’ll need to have previous experience of swim teaching and have a UKCC Level 2 qualification, as well as a bubbly personality and a genuine love of people.  What are you waiting for?  Dive in.
