Because the person we’re looking for knows where to look for Scotland’s future diving stars.  Your primary remit will be to Assist the Dive Development Officer lead, develop and motivate a team of dive coaches to deliver a high quality, progressive and exciting performance diving programme.  This will involve managing the squads and the Talent ID programme.

The role will incorporate close liaison with Edinburgh Diving Club to support athletes achieve their full competition potential. You will also be required to coach performance athletes in the absence of the Dive Development Officer and therefore you should have experience of working with elite athletes.

For all that to be a success, you’ll have to put your own talents to work. As a great people person, an excellent listener, and a natural team player, that shouldn’t be difficult. In addition, you should have a great eye for detail and strong administration skills.

The flexibility to travel nationally and internationally to events is a must. Up for the challenge?  Apply today.
