Our Active Communities team use the power of physical activity and sport to help those in need improve their health and wellbeing.  We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us get more people active to improve their health and wellbeing.

We are looking for someone with a passion for physical activity to have one to one consultations and deliver physical activity sessions for inactive people with a range of health conditions, supporting and encouraging them to get active, remain active and improve their health and wellbeing.  We are looking for someone with a level 3 Exercise referral qualification and experience of motivational interviewing is advantageous.
