For people who’ve had their health and wellbeing compromised by a long term condition taking the first steps to becoming more active can be daunting.  This is where you come in, as our Fit for Health Development Officer, you’ll be tasked with developing and delivering our Fit for Health Project across Edinburgh.  Encouraging  participant to improve their health and wellbeing through increased physical activity level, you’ll be dealing with adults who have a long term heath condition.

It’s a worthwhile role, particularly suitable for someone used to working with adults in a community or health improvement setting.  A good general education along with experience  in  either health, leisure or community development would be ideal.
