The Royal Commonwealth Pool is a big venue with a busy cafe and lots of hungry customers, including children and families. With over 730,000 customer visits a year, that’s heck of lot of mouths to feed.  Add on to this catering for the various events we host and you'll begin to get an idea of the size of this role.

We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to oversee food preparation, menu planning, stock management, staffing and merchandising.  Naturally, you'll hold a REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate and be able to demonstrate suitable catering management experience.
