Who says work can't be fun?

Fun is what makes our Activ8 programme so successful. The 5 -18 year olds who attend the programme have very high individual additional support needs and equally high expectations of taking part in a variety of sports, games and activities. But most of all, we want them to have fun and really enjoy the sessions. That’s where you come in.

As an Activ8 Supervisor you should be a fun loving people person with a great sense of humour and have plenty of patience, energy and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for of a team of 4 or 5 staff and will lead them to deliver great sessions for the kids, forge strong relationships with their parents and carers and ensure the overall smooth running of the sessions.

You will need to understand the importance of supporting these children and young adults and meeting their physical, emotional and developmental needs through a well defined programme of activities.
