You don’t need to be young to work in our Activator Holiday Camps but you do need to be young at heart! The 5-13 year olds who sign up in the school holidays come with high expectations of taking part in a host of sports, games and activities. But most of all, we want them to have a barrel of laughs. That’s where you come in. As a Holiday Camp Supervisor you should be a fun loving people person with a great sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. You will need to understand the importance of meeting the physical, emotional and developmental needs of young people and ideally have the experience and qualifications to back this up.  Supervisors will need an SVQ level 4 in Early Years Care and Education or equivalent and will lead a team of 3-6 staff, responsible for the overall running of the camps. They will have a level of energy more in line with the number on their shoes than the date on their birth certificates.
