The Edinburgh International Climbing Arena, Ratho is a world class facility and our Café Refresh serves thousands of customers per year.   This is where you come in.   

We’re looking for a  part time Cook, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through the delivery of consistently high quality, wholesome food. This includes hot dish of the day, soups, home baking and catering for events and children’s parties.  You will hold an SVQ 2 Food Preparation and Cooking or City & Guilds 706/2 or equivalent along with REHIS intermediate food hygiene certificate and have experience of working in a fast paced catering environment.   You will need to be a good team player, an outgoing people person with the flexibility to work variable shifts including early evening and some weekends.
