If you are an inspirational coach with a love for climbing join our team in Ratho as a Climbing instructor.  

 

 

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  •  Teaching, coaching, and delivering high-quality, engaging climbing activities to all age ranges with an emphasis on working with children and young people
  •  Meeting and greeting customers by creating a welcoming and fun environment for all.
  •  Delivering safety briefings and activity demonstrations and responding to customers’ questions and enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assisting with route setting, preparing and setting up the venue and equipment for climbing activities, events and daily customer use.

 

We are looking for an active climber with a vibrant, outgoing personality and a proactive attitude. In addition, our ideal candidate will have:

  •  Rock Climbing Instructor or Climbing Wall Instructor qualification.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with a varied customer base.
  •  Ability to always stay focused and alert to respond quickly to all situations.
